1. Your Gijetech password
2. Your one-time verification code sent by your bank or Momo provider to your phone.

You attempted to pay via Debit/Credit Card but wrongly entered the Security PIN / Name / Expiry date or your card is not activated for online transactions by your bank. We suggest you select another payment method next time or call your bank to enable your card for future transactions.

You did not update OTP sent as an SMS by the Bank. Sometimes the phone number registered with your card or bank account is different than the one you are using at the time of your transaction. Please call your bank to update to the correct phone number or use the SIM card associated with your bank account to get the OTP.

You have insufficient funds/credit. In this case, select another payment method or make a transaction after you have sufficient funds/credit on your card/bank account.

The bank has declined to process this transaction.
If any amount was debited from your mobile money/bank account, please CONTACT US and provide us with the details of the transaction.
Note: Gijetech Ghana will never ask you for your password, PIN, CVV or full card details over the phone or via email.
Yes, you can pay for your orders in cash upon delivery via Cash or Momo transfer.
Your order will be delivered on or before the delivery date stipulated at the checkout page and in the confirmation email sent.
It is important to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of your delivery information, such as your address and phone number, before placing an order on Gijetech Ghana.
Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to make changes to the delivery information. To make sure that your order is delivered properly, please double-check your delivery information on the checkout page.
The delivery fee is the cost of having the package delivered to your doorstep or selected pickup location. The amount of the delivery fee varies depending on factors such as your geographic region, the delivery mode selected, the shipment method, and the size or category of the product ordered. You may view the delivery fee on the product page and during the checkout process before completing your order.

You can return all eligible item(s) within 15 days. Ensure to place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels, or freebies; otherwise, your return will be invalid and the item returned back to you.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
It’s important to note that some categories, such as those related to personal hygiene, may not be eligible for return.
